About Us
CSiK is a cosmetic surgery brokerage agency in South Korea. Our primary job is to help clients find and hold consultations with the best possible plastic surgery hospitals in Korea. Unlike the traditional brokerage firms that commit clients to contracted hospitals that guarantee maximum commission, we hold no special relationship with any of the hospitals on our roster. We only do business with hospitals with the best surgeons, no racial or ethnical bias, transparent, and with caring and trustful disposition. Our commission from the hospitals is same across the board and is as little as 90% lower than many of the brokerage firms operating in Korea. These strict rules make us not only impervious to unethical dealings but also make our services affordable for foreigners from most parts of the world.
Our affordability, by no means, makes us lower our standards. The services we provide is as extensive as they get. From the time our clients exit the airport’s arrival gate to the time they reach their hotel after the last surgery, we guide and escort them every critical step of the way. So in the realest sense, our function is more of an escort and caretaker rather a brokerage. We are here to stand on the side of our clients during this exciting yet scary journey in an unfamiliar terrain of Korea.
Plastic surgery can be a lifetime commitment. So it is important for clients to make the final decision and choose the hospital from which they want to have their surgery. It’s not our place to have any say in that matter. We simply narrow down clients’ choices and give clients better odds of having successful surgery by allowing clients to consult with the most noted, popular, and competent surgeons/hospitals amongst Koreans as per our research.
There is no slacking in our research methodology. Our fundamental sources come from those in the plastic surgery profession. Then our findings are reviewed, confirmed, rejected, modified, or/and expanded by those with extensive and personal experiences in plastic surgery. Not only do we just gather these data from outside sources, we also consult with the hospitals as pretend patients to accumulate on-hands data and do an objective analysis of the hospitals that may potentially go on our roster.

Online Consultation
An online meeting with us gives clients an in-depth understanding of our services. This meeting also allows clients to ask questions, concerns, and the specifics and the limits of our roles.
Airport Pickup
One of the most daunting moment when entering a foreign country is exiting the arrival gate. We alleviate our clients' fear by being there from the very beginning of their journey.
Accommodations
This service is for clients unaccustomed to booking their own accommodations. It's important to run the hotel by us before booking however. Accommodations need to be strategically located for convenience and entertainment.
Book and Partake in Consultations
Having a bilingual Korean national on the side of clients during the consultation process can be comforting. This is especially true when our affiliation with the hospitals extends only as far as how well they treat our clients.
Surgery
Surgery is frightening not only for clients but for clients' family as well. We make sure that our clients are safely back at their hotel to get the rest they need. We also update clients' family during the surgical procedure to alleviate worries.
Aftercare
It's hard to gauge success in cosmetic surgery. It's critical to hold reasonable expectations. However, there are times when clients need to express grievances, and we, as with any other time, will be by their side. However, we hold no responsibility for the outcome of the surgery.
